LATE ENTRIES: Late entries will be accepted on the day with no late entry fee

REGISTRATION: From 5:30pm Thursday

RACE BRIEFING: 6:20pm

RACE START TIME: 6.30pm

PRESENTATIONS: 7.40pm

Long race repeats swim course twice then run course twice
