COURSE DETAILS:

1 loop swim
1 loop cycle

• from race site along Barrine Dr
• left into Albert St
• left onto Commonwealth Ave
• left down ramp onto Parkes Way
• continue on Parkes Way
• left down Lady Denman exit ramp
• right at bottom of ramp into Clunies Ross
• right up ramp back onto Parkes Way
• along Parkes Way under Commonwealth Ave bridge
• left on up ramp leading upto Commonwealth Ave
• over bridge, left on down ramp to Flynn Pl
• under bridge, left back onto Commonwealth Ave
• back across bridge, left into Albert St
• right into Barrine Dr
• return to race site
